In the Beginning...

Welcome to Luc & Sera!

I've been wanting to do a comic strip for several years now, but I haven't been able to come up with any good ideas. When Bethany and I were throwing around designs, I was inspired by one of her drawings that looked like an angel. And if you have a comic strip with an angel, you'll need a demon of sorts. Enter Luc. Speaking of "Luc," their names are sort of puns; a little thought is all that's needed to figure out what I'm talking about.

Like I said, I've wanted to do a comic strip for years and that's the main reason we're doing this. The other reason? Well, money of course! Actually, we're not trying to get rich here; instead, we're just trying to get through college. I think anyone in college can sympathize. So, while you're here, check out our google ads, use our google search bar at the bottom (occasionally or altogether instead of going to google.com) and if you feel moved to do so, make a donation via paypal. We promise that all the money received through Luc & Sera will either go to our college tuition, books, or Luc & Sera itself; we're hoping to get our own website and some better materials to produce higher quality comics.

So, now you're asking yourself: what sets Luc & Sera apart from the other comics out there? Well, with each Luc & Sera comic you get edified! In today's comic, we see that there are evil forces at work here. But as Sera mentions, these forces cannot do evil through us - only suggest evil. They can only tempt us. So, if you're feeling tempted, remember: every temptation to do evil is an opportunity to fight and do good.

quality work... witty... not hilarious, but witty. I enjoyed it, and am looking forward to another of the same sort... I just wish I could post anonymously.
